And more presents....

Here are some more pics taken at my in-laws & my parents houses where we also spent part of our Christmas. Delaney and Hadley must have been real good this year because they both were spoiled! Oh well, you know what they say, "out with the old, in with the new." I guess I need to clean house...again!

Christmas Morning

These pics were all taken Christmas morning after Santa visited. The girls got lots of fun toys & goodies! The pics of Delaney are of her putting on her lipstick...and not just one shade. We put on 9 different shades of pink lipstick (I can thank myself for that one). As for Hadley, she hijacked one of Delaney's Littlest Pet Shop toys and carried it around all morning long. Lucky for her, Delaney was feeling generous and didn't seem to mind sharing that particular toy. Hope Santa was good to you all! Merry Christmas!

Couples Night Out

On Saturday night, Doug and I met our good friends, Mike & Rhonda, out for a night on the town! We had dinner at Mt. Fuji & then hit the lanes. It was soo nice to see them! We will have to do this more often!

Christmas at Stone Mountain

Doug and I took the girls yesterday to Stone Mountain. They have so many cool things going on there at Christmas time. Delaney and I got to go to a showing of The Polar Express in 4D. So cool! We both wanted to do it again! This time Delaney & Doug got to ride in the Sky Lift to the top of the mountain. Delaney thought that was fun.....Doug I think got a little weak in the knees!! LOL!

Pink Pig

Today, the girls and I ventured over to Lenox Mall to do the annual ride the "Pink Pig" at Macy's. For those of you out-of-towners reading this, the Pink Pig is a train named Priscilla. The Pink Pig has been in Atlanta since 1953. You can only ride it from November thru the beginning of January. A portion of the proceeds made by Macy's are donated to Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta hospital. It's become a tradition in our house to go every year before Christmas. The was our third trip and Delaney gets so excited. Hadley actually enjoyed herself too this year. The girls got to ride together and looked so darn cute! As much as I complain about the LOOONG lines, I'm glad we go. The girls have fun and we are helping a good cause!

Delaney's Preschool Christmas Party

Today, Delaney's preschool class had their Christmas party. It was really cute! They sang a few Christmas songs & presented the parents with our Christmas gifts. We each got a picture frame that they painted & decorated with their picture inside. We had lunch & the kids did a book exchange. It's always fun to see Delaney in an environment away from home with her friends. She's become quite the social butterfly! Thanks to Ms. Marlene & Ms. Lauren for putting up with all the chaos that comes with the party! Merry Christmas Macland Preschool!

Our friends Charli & Jasper

On Friday, my girlfriend KC, and her kiddos Charli & Jasper came over to visit. KC & I have known each other for almost 9 years now. I love that we're still good friends and now our kids seems to enjoy playing with each other. Maybe we can arrange a marriage for the little ones.....Jasper & Hadley! Nice ring to it! LOL

Got wrap?

Our lil Hadley Wadley, aka "Trouble" spent her morning today trying to wrap presents. No, not really, she just thought it would be fun to roll out quite a bit of Christmas wrap and spread it out like a blanket. She then proceeded to read her books & take a rest! What a little turkey!

Our lil baker

Yes, the Christmas season is in full blast in our home! Delaney could not wait until she could bake Christmas cookies! As you can see, she was in full decorator mode the day we made these sugar cookies. All the stockings had to be the same, the Christmas trees & so on. Of course the best part is always last...the snacking!
